Democrats Destroyer Promises Money of IDR 150,000 said police
KolomFakta. Riau Chief of Regional Police (Kapolda) Inspector General Widodo Eko Prihastopo said that the suspected perpetrators of the destruction of the flag and billboards of the Democrats in Pekanbaru, Riau were promised with money of Rp150 thousand by someone.
However, according to him, the money has not been received by the alleged perpetrators, amounting to three people after it finished damaging the attributes of the Democratic Party in two regions, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and Tenayan Raya, Pekanbaru.
"The motives of the perpetrators because they were promised were paid Rp150 thousand, there were no other motives," Widodo said while giving a press statement in Pekanbaru on Monday.
He continued, his party was still carrying out an investigation of the party who ordered three perpetrators to damage the attributes of the Democratic Party to date.
"It is still under investigation, so it is promised that you will do this. I pay Rp150,000," he said.
Furthermore, Widodo asked the public not to be provoked by hoax information about the destruction of the Democrat Party's attributes in Pekanbaru. He asked the public to be alert, careful and clever in seeing the news circulating.
"The public should not be easily provoked, whether on social media the news of hoaks is alert, careful, and the public is clever to see this news can be accounted for or is just a lie," he said.
He also asked all levels of party leaders in Riau to contribute to maintaining security and order during the campaign period of the 2019 Election while promoting the ethics of life in the community, nation and state.
"Don't forget it, don't just compete," he said.
Previously, Pekanbaru Police established three people as suspects in the destruction of the Democratic Party's attributes.
All three, namely HS for cases that occur on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and KS and MW for cases that occur in Tenayan Raya.
The police have also detained three suspects. The detention was carried out because the crime committed had a threat of five years in prison.
