"Jamal, who checked his buffalo no longer, then told the other residents. Then the owner of the buffalo with the residents was busy looking for him," said Andri.

That night residents got information about stolen buffaloes often in Oto Tibun Village. Residents were busy searching there. Until Thursday (30/8) at 01.00 WIB, finally residents found the buffalo tied to a tree.

"Residents did not immediately bring it, but waited for who would take it. Shortly, the perpetrator's car came to enter the buffalo," said Andri.
Seeing the perpetrators coming, said Andri, residents who initially hid immediately surrounded the car. One actor managed to escape from the siege.

"Nasril, who was arrested when questioned by residents, tried to run away too. But then he was arrested again. That's when the residents ganged up on the victim and his car was burned," said Andri.
Having got this citizen action, the local police team headed to the scene of the incident. When the team arrived at the location, the victim was killed.

"Perpetrators who have died were taken to the Riau Police Bhayangkara Hospital," lid Andri.
